Vacation Rental Description
Our Seascape I condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit, with 2 enclosed
balconies, full kitchen with dishes and pots and pans, and some new
appliances, and washer and dryer. The bedrooms have one queen bed
and two twin beds with a large sofa in the living room. There are
linens and towels to meet your needs. There is a beautiful flat
screen tv with cable, DVD and VCR in the living room. Of course
there is air conditioning along with three ceiling fans to cool the
warm days. Our unit is on an upper floor with a view of the
intercoastal and the ocean. We are able to walk to the ocean within
a few minutes maybe 3 minutes. Finally the Seascape has its own
private pool. There is no smoking or pets allowed in our unit. The
unit has a parking garage.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Our condo is located in a private gated community called Ocean
Village on South Hutchinson Island. There are 3 pools for your to
choose from, an on site restaurant on the ocean, a tiki bar, volley
ball, bocce ball, tennis (eight courts), shuffle board, exercise room
and a 9 hole golf course.
Activities and Attractions
Ocean Village is located 1 1/2 hours from Disneyland and Orlando to
the North and West Palm Beach airport to the South. Kennedy Space
Center is up the coast and we have seen space shuttle launches from
the beach. Deep sea fishing is available from rentals at the
Ft.Pierce marina. Don't forget the Dodgers and NY Mets have Spring
training nearby in the spring.
Vacation Rental Rates
Available December 2007 through 2008, Dec. to May rental is $4000.00
a month, May thru Nov is $2500.00 a month, Discounts for multiple
month rentals, Cleaning fee of $100.00 and excess electic may apply.
A security deposit is required.
