Seaside Cottage is only one block from the beach and 5 blocks from
Flagler Avenue. There are two charming bedrooms. The master bedroom
has a queen bed and cable TV so you can enjoy watching TV in bed.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be pushed together to
make a king-size bed. The livingroom sofa converts to a sleeper sofa
(queen.) The kitchen is a fully equipped with an area for eating.
In the back we have a laundryroom/ office with a spacious desk and
high speed internet connection.  Enjoy outside dinning with our cozy backyard patio.

We are a pet friendly property with a fenced in backyard.

We provide all you need to be able to relax on your vacation. We
provide all linen, towels,pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies, beach
towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, and more!! We
also provide baby/ toddler needs for travel such as a Pack-N-Play,
booster high chair, stroller, small tent for the beach, etc.

Cable modem for high speed internet, phone (unlimited local and long
distance (US only), air conditioning, digital cable, tv's, dvd, full
kitchen with microwave, kitchen supplies, washer and dryer, linens
provided, bikes, beach chairs, and towels for use during your stay.

Swimming, surfing, biking, golf, fishing, tennis, basketball,
shuffleboard, hiking (two state parks), snorkeling, boating,
windsurfing, great restaurants, and wonderful shops. One hour from
Orlando.

January, February, and March....monthly only $1,900/ mo
April, June, July, and August....$650/ week, $1,900/ mo
May, Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec....$550/ week or $1,600/ mo

DISCOUNTS APPLIED TO 3 MONTHS (OR GREATER) RENTALS.

All rentals subject to 12.5% tax, $90 cleaning fee and $300
refundable security deposit.
