Vacation Rental Description

Seaside Cottage is a cozy cottage centrally located to enjoy the charming New Smyrna Beach. Our 
cottage is only one block from the beach and five blocks from Flagler Ave.

Seaside Cottage will remind you of being at home.  It is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a 
day at the beach.  The sofa converts to a sleeper sofa (queen).  There are two charming bedrooms.  
The master bedroom has a queen bed and cable TV so you can enjoy watching TV in bed.  The second 
bedroom has two twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed.  The kitchen is a 
fully equipped with an area for eating.  It is a nice place to cook up all the local specialities 
New Smyrna beach has to offer.  In the back we have a laundry room/ office with a spacious desk and 
high speed internet connection.

We provide all you need to be able to relax on your vacation.  We provide all linen, towels, 
pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, and more!!

New Smyrna Beach is only an hour away from Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, 
Sea World, and is just 20 minutes from Daytona Beach and NASCAR.  You can watch the shuttle 
launch from the beach or visit the Kennedy Space Center half an hour away.  

Our home is clean and beautifully maintained.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable modem for high speed internet, phone (unlimited local and long distance (US only), air 
conditioning, digital cable, tv's, dvd, full kitchen with microwave, kitchen supplies, washer and 
dryer, linens provided, bikes, beach chairs, and towels for use during your stay.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, surfing, biking, golf, fishing, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, hiking (two state 
parks), snorkeling, boating, windsurfing, great restaurants, and wonderful shops.  One hour from 
Orlando.    

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary by season

January, February, and March....monthly only $1,900/ mo
April, June, July, and August....$650/ week, $1,900/ mo
May, September, October, November, and December....$550/ week or 
$1,600/ mo

Rates may vary during holiday and special event weeks.  DISCOUNTS 
APPLIED TO 3 MONTHS (OR GREATER) RENTALS. 

All rentals subject to 12.5% tax, $90 cleaning fee and $300 
refundable security deposit.
