It is conveniently located overlooking Cherry Creek, minutes from the Cherry Creek Mall. This tranquil condo unit is surrounded by a park-like setting having a nice balcony offereing a wonderful, havily treed view of the parkway. The complex offers a newly updated pool plus there is a sauna and workout center available.

The unit is fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. There is high-def TV, DVDs, iPod and a martini shaker. Also included is free high-speed wireless internet so bring your laptop or use the Windows Vista PC that is provided. We encourage you to enjoy the luxurious accoutrements, you deserve it.

There is ample, free off-street parking in the complex unlike some downtown locations. The area is along the Cherry Creek parkway and offers both a nice trail and also a city park, purrfect for you furry travel companions.

The Neighborhood:
Cherry Creek Drive South is a park like setting along the Cherry Creek parkway near Colorado Blvd. A bike path and the creek are across the street from the unit. A city park is on the other side with mature trees everywhere. This is a very green, yet urban location. Easy access to I25 by Colorado Blvd, downtown by Speer. Tons of shopping and entertainment near by in every direction.

How it Works:
If you would like to reserve days, simply email your personal information including your name, address and phone number. Then call with your credit card number and expiration date. I will charge the first $100 prepayment which is 100% refundable up to 7 days of your stay. I charge the balance when you arrive. The unit has keyless entry so I will provide you with a number to use as the combination to gain access. No keys to worry about.

The rate structure is flat with no hidden charges or fees. If the unit is left reasonably clean, there is no cleaning fee.

Vacation trades are welcomed from other cities and countries, please inquire by email if you have a vacation property to trade days.

Excellent Place

I stayed at the condo for a month during a clinical at a nearby hospital. The place was perfect! It was impeccably clean when I arrived and stocked with just about anything you could need for a long or short stay. I thought the place felt bigger than what the pictures portray. The neighborhood was quiet at night which was great for studying. I had no problems with the internet during my entire stay! I can't say anything about the computer/ printer as I brought my own.

The condo is right off the Cherry Creek running path which is great for running. The place is close to Cherry Creek mall, downtown, Washington park, etc. I thought it was in the perfect spot, close enough to the highway for convenience. I never felt too far away for anything.

The only problem I had was a leaky washing machine my last week which was addressed on my first phone call to Larry. He seemed very on top of maintenance and the upkeep of the condo in general!

I was very pleased with my stay and would stay there again if I move back to Denver for any period of time! Thanks!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Fantastic place, great location, impeccible service from owner

I live in Denver and stayed here as a temporary home for a few weeks while my main home was under construction. It was an incredibly pleasant stay - very modern, great amenities, impeccably clean and charming, great location, easy to park with close access to Cherry Creek and downtown Denver, all at a very affordable price. I recommend this location to anyone visiting the Denver area, or for persons needing a long or short term housing alternative.

The owner Larry was superb to deal with - highly attentive and responsive. I reviewed some of the other feedback and a bit surprised with the issues that were outlined by one of his other guests - printer not working, challenges with internet. I did not experience similar issues (honestly it's quite the bonus to have an on-site printer and computer workstation) but have to imagine that if the guest reached out to communicate concerns or issues while on-site, Larry would have provided quick resolution. I have booked a dozen + VRBO properties over the years and Larry is hands down the most responsive and best owners I have dealt with: professional, accessible, great communicator and attentive.

Great property + Great service + Great Price = A great experience. You can't go wrong booking this property.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Great location, okay stay

It's a good place to stay if you don't plan on staying inside much but may not be the best if you actually plan on just staying in. Keep in mind that some cons listed the owner may not have control over.

Pros: great location, well stocked kitchen, good fireplace, hardwood floors, easy communication with owner, owner flexibility, has cable tv, no additional cleaning fee if it's left reasonably clean, good refrigerator--no complaints about the kitchen at all.

Cons: wifi strength wasn't very strong (had to turn phone wifi off and use 4G because Internet would never load when on wifi--also had to connect laptop to Ethernet cord so Internet could be used), computer provided was unreasonably slow and wifi strength couldn't reach the computer (very hard to browse the Internet to try to print something), printer was not working (took about 30-40 minutes trying to print something then we finally gave up---and printer version on computer did not match the printer that was there so we had to download the printer onto computer--and still didn't work so we ended up unable to print what we needed), bed mattress was dipped low in the middle of the mattress which made it uncomfortable (mattress was not flat), washer/dryer combo was inefficient because the dryer didn't work, bathroom fan not operational, shower water pressure was low, no counter space where bathroom sink is located, fitness center was outdated and felt unsafe (bench screws missing/wobbly), linens felt unclean.

Overall, we had a decent stay... Some things just could have been better, although, for the price it's not too bad.

Owners response: We're so sorry to read this review in retrospect to your stay. As our 28 5-star reviews are an accurate indicator of our commitment to the value and comfort of our guests. Understandably, things should be perfect for your stay however sometimes things just don’t go right. My welcome letter contains an earnest invitation to call, email or text with any questions. Many of these items could have been quickly and effortlessly addressed with a little communication.
Upon inspection, some items have been addressed immediately. The replacement printer ink cartridges were available in the condo and we could have easily informed you of their location. The bathroom fan fuse has been replaced. I’ve purchased a new pillow-top for the bed, indeed the all-natural feathers have become compressed in the middle. I will also contact the HOA regarding the condition of the workout facilities. As for the efficiency washer/dryer, it’s pretty good for smaller loads but requires additional heat and dry time for large loads. Also, while not idea, the facility does have full size washer and dryers available. I’ve also upgraded the aging linen supply with all new high-count cotton. Finally, with a reboot, the Wi-Fi appears to be working perfectly. I’ll be sure to leave a note on the router for future guests.
That said, thanks for the candid feedback. Future guests: please don’t hesitate to call, email or text regarding the comfort of your stay!
