What a special place!!  Beautiful ocean views and new contemporary furnishings.  This is a first class 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a large open living room with vaulted ceilings, sky lights and large glass doors that open up to the ocean and your own private balcony.  The contemporary furnishings throughout the home make this home perfect for those who appreciate luxury. The living room is furnished with a beautiful leather sectional, large flat screen television with dvd player and a separate work/study desk area with wifi high speed internet access. In addition, there is a stereo with 6 disk CD player, and a telephone with free local and long distance service.

The spacious kitchen is complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. This home comes complete with all dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as all kitchen utensils and small appliances necessary to prepare any meal. The adjacent dining area has seating for 8 and a beautiful view of the sparkling Pacific Ocean.  The front patio has a gas grill for your convenience

The beautifully decorated dual master bedrooms both have high end mattresses, relaxing luxury linens and pillows. Both bedrooms have large french door closets, their own private bathrooms with custom tile, bedside tables with lamps. All linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, beach towels) are provided.  Hear the soothing sounds of the ocean as you drift off to sleep at night.

This home is a great place to spend your vacation and enjoy your stay in our beach neighborhood. There is just one house between my property and the scenic Windansea beach.  We provide boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and bicycles so that you can enjoy the area the way locals do.

A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the home for your convenience. There is off street parking for one car in the driveway plus ample parking on the street.

Non-Peak: $365/night or $2200/week from 9/10/2011 to 5/25/2012;

Mid-Season: $433 per night or $2600/week from 5/26/2012 to 6/15/2012;

Peak: $500 per night or $3000/week from 6/16/2012 to 9/8/2012

$2600/week for Holiday weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Willing to consider discounts for off-peak periods; extended stays or
last-minute trips.
