An Affordable Beachside Oasis (2BR/2Bath) in Amelia Island

The beach is just a short walk away. On your way you?ll enjoy the
tranquility and seclusion of a resort complex nestled in the oak and
magnolia tree hammock that is unique to Amelia Landings. Our villa
is a two bedroom two bath unit located on the first level with a
comfortable porch that overlooks the natural area.

Our accommodations include master bedroom/bath with a queen size bed
and a second bedroom room with two twin beds and separate bath.
There's a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a
wet bar -- all comfortably furnished for your enjoyment. The sofa
converts to a queen sized bed so you can easily meet the needs of 2-
6 vacationers.

Our condo has been recently rennovated - new flooring, new bathrooms, new paint, new bedding for your comfort.

We hope you will come enjoy our Oasis. We sincerely believe you

The villa includes free cable and local phone service. There's a TV
with a DVD player in the living room and a second TV in the master
bedroom. The porch is accessible from both the living room and
master bedroom for your relaxation.

The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice
maker, complete sets of glasses, dishes and cooking utensils,
toaster, and a coffee maker. All linen and towels are provided.
Both bathrooms have hair dryers. There's also an iron & ironing
board and a washer and dryer. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also
provided.

The resort features a beautiful pool, tennis court, outdoor grilling
area, and a short walk to the beach.

The unique tree cover of Amelia Ladings provides a comfortable
change from the beach while you enjoy Amelia Island's gentle breezes
and the sounds of the sea.

Great restaurants and gift shops are also just a short walk away.
Grocery stores and major retailers are just down the road.

Considered by many as one of Florida's well guarded secrets, Amelia
Island is best known for its 13 miles of beautiful and tranquil
beaches. But there's also golf, tennis, boating and fishing. Our
beach has been refurbished, and it's the best we've seen. (See our

You can watch the gorgeous sunsets at the downtown Fernandina Beach
Harbor Marina while watching the shrimp boats come in and fisherman
weight their catch for the day.

If you're a water-lover, try surf fishing on the beach or fishing in
the salt marshes and oyster beds along the river, go for a sail or
paddle a canoe.

For the history buff, Amelia Island offers an abundance of
attractions. Stroll through downtown Fernandina Beach which includes
many blocks of historic businesses and homes. There's also Fort
Clinch, a living pre-civil war landmark that offers tours and re-
enactments of life in the mid 1800's.

Our villa at Amelia Landings is centrally located on beautiful
Amelia Island, and is perfectly-located for taking advantage of all
the island has to offer. Come visit us and Amelia Island. But be
careful, you may not want to leave.

$130 per night (2 night minimum)

Winter Rates(October thru March)

$95 per night (2 night minimum)

All Rates include all applicable sales and lodging taxes; no extra fees.

Special rates may apply during holidays or special events.

There is a $75 cleaning fee for each visit.

A deposit of $200 is required to hold a reservation.
This converts to a refundable security deposit upon check-in.

Full payment of rental and cleaning fees is required 14 days
in advance of planned arrival.

The deposit is refundable 14 days after departure following
inspection. If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days in
advance of planned arrival, the deposit is not refundable.

Sorry  -  NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. (Condominium Association
