I'd like to begin with the location of your home......outstanding!! We are big wakeboarders, slalom skiiers, and surfers, and the water right off your deck is awesome. The water is usable without having to travel to far away coves to find calm water. We have visited several lakes and this is by far, our favorite place to stay. The dock is plenty big enough to accommodate more than one boat.....we have had 2 boats, a canoe, a kayak, and paddleboard all tied up with room to spare for swimming. Which leads to another positive point. The dock is in a quiet cul-de-sac, so the water is always calm and safe for the kids,(& adults) to play in the water. Attached to the dock is a covered area perfect for those who are seeking some shade, complete with a table and chairs, and outdoor speakers that are connected to the inside stereo system. The yard is large and flat, & we enjoyed playing ping pong outdoors, volleyball, basketball, and bocce. We also love the screened in porch!!! The house.......in a word, is FABULOUS. It is extremely well maintained, clean, and every amenity that you could possibly need. We loved how open and spacious it is. The layout of this home is perfect and a great place to entertain a large family as we have. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, and has plenty of privacy. The views of Lake Norman are absolutely gorgeous. It honestly doesn't get any better than this home. It's also only a short drive to the grocery store, shopping, marinas, I-77, etc. The owners are very dependable and prompt. We had a few questions about places to eat and felt very comfortable emailing the owners for recommendations, and they responded immediately. I actually had the pleasure of meeting them personally, and I feel like I've made a new friend. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to any of my friends, or family, with the confidence that there would be not one complaint. We will rent this home again, as we are definite repeat customers. ( 3 times so far-tried for 4, but unfortunately someone else beat us to it ).

Incredible Stay!!!

My family & I recently returned home after another fabulous stay at your gorgeous home. We enjoyed it so much last year, we returned this summer for 2 weeks! This house is beautifully & very comfortably furnished with breath- taking views from every room.

We took 2 boats this year- ours & our son took his. The dock is perfect with plenty of space for even a 3rd boat - with deep water & no boat traffic, making it safe for my grandchildren to swim. The table & chairs on the covered part of the dock was the perfect place to have lunch & escape the sun.

Your house was immaculate & provided everything we could have possibly wanted for a fun & wonderful vacation. We are hoping we won't have to wait another year to stay there again!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Most Relaxing and Enjoyable Vacation We've Had!!

We just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our week at your home. The home was so beautiful and tastefully decorated and the views of the lake were fantastic!!! It was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations that we have experienced in quite a while. We hope that we left the house in satisfactory condition. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
