Vacation Rental Rates

Daily Rates:  $275 and up; depending on time frame and season
Weekly Rates:  $1750 - $2700; depending on time frame, Holidays 
different pricing structure

Requirements:
 
$350 Deposit. (can be negotiable depending on time frame) 
Balance must be paid within 15 days of rental. 
REFUNDABLE Damage security deposit; can be handled at check-in via 
personal check, CC authorization. 
$75 cleaning fee for weekend rental; $125 for weekly rental. 
2.6% processing fee for all Credit Card payments. 
Price includes all taxes and fees, except for cleaning charge. 
fyi: hotel taxes are 13%, parking garage/valet rates are $20 per 
day.
