This fresh and updated 3 bedroom/3 bathroom beauty is directly on 
the Atlantic Ocean with a private boardwalk to the beach.  On those 
days where you don't feel like the beach, there is a heated private 
pool steps from your lanai.  The design is ideal for entertaining 
and yet provides easy maintenance free living.   

The very large second floor master bedroom has a private balcony 
overlooking the ocean and pool.

The second bedroom has two twin trundle beds and a private full 
bathroom and TV.

The third bedroom has a great queen size murphy bed, built in 
bookcases and can easily be a workout room or office.
  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Oceanfront with private boardwalk, Heated private pool steps from 
your living room. 

1 car attached garage, central air/heat, 3 cable TV's DVD player, 
full size washer/dryer conveniently located near the the upstairs 
bedrooms, linens, utensils updated appliances and kitchen.  No 
pets, No smoking
 
If you desire, interim Housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged through local service 
providers, available at prevailing local rates (usually in the neighborhood of $100 for full house 
cleaning). 

Activities and Attractions

Located on Amelia Island, northern Florida's best kept secret.  
Amelia Island is a very up and coming vacation spot boasting a Ritz 
Carlton just down the beach and a historically significant Fort 
Clinch to north.  Along with, a quaint downtown complete with fudge 
shops and boutique retailers.  Lots to do in Amelia but unlike the 
hustle and bustle that you find in more built up Florida locations, 
Amelia Island has a reserved class that is very distinct yet low 
key.

60 day minimum rental term (no exceptions)

June - August $2,750 per month or $8,000 for all 3 months
October - March $2,000 per month
April, May, Sept $2,250 per month

6 month lease 10% discount to above rates
12 month lease = $2,000 per month
