On those days where you don't feel like the beach, there is a heated semi-private pool steps from your lanai. The design is ideal for entertaining
and yet provides easy maintenance free living.   Is equipped with games, dvd player and lots of pool/beach toys for your enjoyment at the award winning beach.

The very large second floor master bedroom has a private balcony
overlooking the ocean and pool!  Has a 40 inch LCD TV, prvate en-suite full bath and a walk in closet

The second bedroom has two twin trundle beds and a private full
bathroom and flat screen TV.

The third bedroom has a great queen size murphy bed, built in
bookcases and can easily be a workout room or office.

The villa also has a very rare 1 car garage for storage or parking.

This is not a run of the mill condo.  Seaside only has 4 units and does not allow weekly renters!  2 units are owner occupied and the third unit has a long term tenant making for a very unique and quiet setting.

The unit is close enough to walk to the Surf Restaurant (the most popular outdoor bar/restaurant on Amelia Island).

full size washer/dryer conveniently located near the the upstairs
bedrooms, linens, utensils updated appliances and kitchen. No

If you desire, interim Housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged through local service
providers, available at prevailing local rates (usually in the neighborhood of $100 for full house
cleaning).

key.

June - August $3,000 per month or $8,000 for all 3 months
October - March $2,100 per month
April, May, Sept $2,250 per month

6 month lease 5% discount to above rates
12 month lease = $2,000 per month (excluding utilities)
