             $2973-$3292/mo calculated at daily rate

Refunds:  
   Refunds and partial refunds are given under certain circumstances,
   and depend on season, length of stay, and proximity to check-in
   date.  In general, cancellations near the check-in date are not
   refundable.

Deposit:
   $300 cleaning and damage deposit required - Damage costs and
   non-ordinary cleaning costs are deducted from deposit refund.
