Vacation Rental Rates

Dec-April $2,400/Month 

** SPECIAL book 3 months for $1900/each month 

May-Sept  $600/week-1,400/Month

Oct-Nov   $2,000/Month

SUPERBOWL WEEK $3,000. Property is located on Northern & 16th St.
easy traffic free drive to and from Cardinal Stadium!

Oct.-April 2 week minimum $800/week 
Discount for multiple months $2100/month, 3 or more $1900/month



Cleaning fee is $100
Refundable security deposit $150
To reserve the house we require 1/2 of the rental amount in advance. 
The other half plus the $250 cleaning/security deposit is required 2 
weeks before your arrival.  We will send a lease agreement.
