Full Oven with Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, disposal, fully
equipped kitchen and a flat screen TV.
Full bath, Towels and Linens provided, Bed Configurations: 1 Queen,
1 full futon in loft, 1 twin in loft and queen matress fold out
(super comfortable) couch in living room. Washer and Dryer
facilities available, Propane grill, and all the comforts of home.

For summer and winter fun, 2 Robert Trent Jones golf courses and
skiing at Diamond Peak Lake Tahoe are a 5 minute away. Hiking,
biking, skiing, water sports and relaxing walks along the Lake are
all available. There are private beaches only
you & Incline Village residents have access to. Casinos and nightime
entertainment conveniently accessible nearby.

5 day Minimum Stay


Weekly minimum depending on time of year $850-1350 weekly
50% deposit is required upon booking.
Final payment is due 14 days in advance of rental.

Refundable Security Deposit required $200.
