Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious island getaway!  Private tropical courtyard with personal 
jacuzzi spa, spacious atrium shower and gas fireplace in master 
suite, two large screen plasma televisions (living and master 
bedroom) and televisions in each guest room. Granite countertops and 
stainless steel appliances in kitchen, dining available both indoors 
and out on the private patio with wetbar under an outdoor ceiling 
fan.  Beautiful swimming pool shared with only two other bungalows.

Just a 1/4 mile drive (or walk) to the boardwalk leading to the beach!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Courtyard:  tropical landscaping, private jacuzzi spa, wetbar and 
outdoor dining.
Kitchen: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops
Living area:  gas fireplace, large screen plasma tv
Master:  atrium shower, gas fireplace, large screen plasma tv
Guest rooms:  private televisions with dvd players

Pet Friendly:  small dogs (2 max.) allowed with $15/day/pet non-
refundable pet fee and prior approval.

Vacation Rental Rates

$300/night (plus tax) off season
$400/night (plus tax) from Memorial Day through Labor Day
