Two Great Myrtle Beach Resort Condos in Myrtle Beach

We have two condos at Myrtle Beach resort. Both are two BR two bath.
One is on the ground floor, the other is on the 5th (top) floor

133A is on the first floor, with very close access to a loading
ramp, esp. convenient for families with children, elderly or
handicapped. It is located half way between the Ocean Front pool and
the new Lazy River/Water Park. It features a queen size master BR
with upgrade pillowtop bedding and private bath. The guest BR is
twin with an adjacent bath. The LR also has a queen size sleeper
sofa and two leather recliners. There are 3 tvs, a DVD and a
cassette player. The fully equipped kitchen has a range,
refrig.,microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, crockpot,
complete sets of cookware and utensils and a dishwasher. There are
lounge chairs on the deck for people watching.

509B is on the 5th (top)floor of the B BLdg. We have one of the very
best views in the complex from this unit. It is one of the closest 2
BR units to the beach, a corner unit. It has a leather recliner,
rocker recliner, three TVs, DVD, VCR. It has all the above mentioned
ameneties as our other unit. Granite countertops and upgrade fixtures in the kitchen. It has ceramic tile throughout, except
the bedrooms which have berber carpet. It has the added attraction
of a spectacular ocean view. Both units have free local phone,
central heat and air, cable tv, and free wireless internet service
if you bring your laptop on vacation.

24 hour Guard Gate and roving security personell, great landscaping
with walking paths and bridges over lagoons, 6 pools (2 Heated), a
lazy river/water park(heated early and late season) 4 whirlpools, 2
steam rooms, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball,
bocceball, playground, oceanfront bar, 2 poolside snackbars,game
room, deli, convenience store, card room, exercise room, putting
green, picnic tables and grills. MBR is conveniently located to
major highways, with over 1600 restaurants in the area, over 100
golf courses, and shopping galore.

Nearby are minor league baseball in season, Coastal Carolina
University football in season, golf, par three golf, several water
parks, numerous live theater productions (ie, Alabama Theater,
Carolina Opry, Palace Theater, & others) Brookgreen Gardens,
Broadway at the Beach, Atalaya, Huntington Beach State Park, Myrtle
Beach State Park, numerous piers for fishing and sightseeing, deep
sea fishing and 60 miles of Grand Strand Beach.

Rates include a paid parking pass, linens, towels and departure
cleaning. Add South Carolina sales tax. A $200.00 (USA) deposit is
required within a week of making reservation. This deposit will be
refunded when housekeeping verifies unit left in good condition and
all keys were returned. Reservations must be paid in full 30 days
prior to arrival. If cancellation is necessary, deposit will be
refunded only if unit is rerented for the same time period.
Until confirmed by deposit, rates are subject to change.
Monthly winter rental rates are avaiable.
