Vacation Rental Description

Our home is located in a prestiges private Golf community called 
Mountain Air.   Enjoy formal dining,(Jacket not required)or a more 
laid back atmosphere at Orville and Wilburs bar and grill. This 
community also has a country store if in need of a few staples 
items.  For you private aviators there is a private air strip 2800ft 
long.  (must see video before flying in!!!) The community sits four 
thousand feet high along with the runway. We have a spectacular view 
of the Smokey Mountains and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Just a stones 
throw away!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

 The home is 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath w/ outside shower, loft that 
sleeps two and office that has pull out sofa. Has a great deck for 
watching stars with a potbelly stove. The home has a dining area 
(seats eight) with eat in kitchen table and a bar that seats eight. 
Living room has gas fireplace along with the master suite, All 
bedrooms have their own baths. The home comes with a ten gallon 
icemaker, microwave, coffee machine, expresso machine, pots and 
pans, gas grill and most importantly a washer and 
dryer. All the comforts of home.  Feel free to use the golf cart 
located on premises, must be sixteen to operate!  We are located 
below the first hole on the first nine. 

Activities and Attractions

Has full spa ammenities including work out room, swimming pool and 
kids activity center with tree houses, etc.  Enjoy bird watching, 
nature walks, fly fishing, camping and whitewater rafting!!!!   Golf 
and tennis are also available.  We are located 40 minutes to 
Asheville and 90 minutes from Boone and other area attractions.  
Close to beech mountain for snow skiing.  Maggie valley is great for 
watching elk feed.

Vacation Rental Rates

Dec-July rates are $1250 a week, peak season rates(Aug-Nov)are 
$1850 a week. We also take Visa MC.  Nightly rentals available for 
$400.00  with a minimum 
of three nights. This is less than what a hotel would cost for three 
couples plus children!  Free round of golf on our exclusive and spec-
tacular view course when staying seven nights. Full payment due one 
week prior for nightly rentals. Weekly rentals- Half the rent is 
due 14 days before arrival. Full Refund if cancelled within 5 
days of arrival
