Vacation Rental Rates

$225 per day ($275 per day PEAK/HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT)
(4 DAY MINIMUM STAY)

$1,275 per week - 7 days ($1,575 - $1,875 per week PEAK/HOLIDAY/SPECIAL EVENT)

$4,500 per month

Check In: 3 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Thirty (30) day advance written notice is 
required for all cancellations.  In case Tenant must cancel this 
agreement, all payments made will be refunded to renter (less a 
twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee) only if Caretaker can re-
rent this property for the lease period. Otherwise, payments made 
(less a twenty-five percent (25%) cancellation fee) can be applied 
to future rental of this property. 

No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed 
check-in or early check-out, will be given.  No refunds will be 
issued by no-shows.

Deposits: Advance payment equal to 50% of the total charge and 
signed lease agreement are required on all reservations. Balance due 
in full at least 3 weeks prior to arrival date. 

Security Deposit of $750.00 (Additional $250 deposit for small pets) 
to be paid with signing of rental agreement; security deposit will 
be returned (within 7 days) after check-out upon completion of 
inspection of the property for damages and/or missing inventory 
items.  

Other Fees: 
$250 cleaning fee 

$750 Party Deposit (for pre-approved gatherings of more than 8 
people; Party deposit will be returned (within 14 days) after check-
out upon completion of inspection of the property for damages and/or 
missing inventory items.
