Mountain Cabin in a Dogwood and Pine Forest in Twain Harte

This is one of the original summer cabins with a wonderful mountain
cabin look and feel that has been updated with modern amenaties to
make your stay convenient and comfortable. There are a total of 3
bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Included in the rental is the main
cabin with two bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths with shower only and the
bunkhouse with one bedroom and one full bath with tub and shower.
There are two sleeper sofas in the living room that can sleep up to
4 adults. We provide the pillows and blankets. Please bring your own
sheets and pillow covers. Access to the private Twain Harte Lake is
also included.

The cabin is just a 15 minute walk (less than a mile) from downtown
Twain Harte with shopping and restaurants. The private Twain Harte
Lake is similarly close with swimming, sunbathing, slide, diving
platforms, fishing and a lifeguard. Additional activities include
ping-pong, volleyball, shuffleboard, a playground, and bingo. There
are public tennis court less than 1/4 mile from the cabin. The town
also features pee-wee golf, 9-hole golf course, snack shops.
Use this cabin as a departing point to explore the wonders of the
Sierras including:
-Yosemite (just 60 miles, 1.5 hours away)
-winter sports at Dodge Ridge Ski Resort
-Explore Sonoro for antiques and historic scenery
-Major shopping at Wal-Mart and other department stores

4 night minimum stay for reservations between Memorial Day through Labor Day.
2 or 3 night stays available during summer on short notice reservations of less than a week before stay or where less than 4 nights are available on the calendar.

Rental includes admission to the members only lake in Twain Harte (mid June to mid Sept). Lake tickets are $5 per person per day and can be purchased at the lake.

All rates include a cleaning fee and taxes. The cleaning fee covers
standard cleaning. Additional fees may apply for pet cleanup or
overly dirty conditions.

Cancellation Fees:
A $200 deposit is required to hold a reservation. This deposit will
be credited towards your rent. There is a $50 fee for cancellations
prior to 14 days before the first rental date. There is a $200 fee
for cancellations 14 days or less before the first rental date.
