Vacation Rental Description

Our vacation home was completed in the spring of 2001 and  
is one of the largest waterfront rental homes in the Tigertail  
Area.  It is located just a short walk from Tigertail Beach in a  
lovely residential area on a long water corner lot.  It is  
completely furnished with casual elegance under 4000 square feet of  
air with a  250 sq. foot deck on second floor under screen for  
sunning or just relaxing away from the crowd. 
 
This home has five bedrooms and four baths.  Two of the five  
bedrooms are master suites with separate baths.  It has a wide open  
floor plan with a formal entry with vaulted 20' ceiling and 9'  
ceilings on second floor.  Home is ideal for large family gatherings  
or groups of friends who want to vacation together.  Has dining  
area, games area, large family/living room, utility room, and eat-in  
kitchen overlooking lanai and long water view. 
 
Large two-story screened-in (1000 square foot) lanai with heated  
pool with 7' spa, outdoor gas grill and wide open spaces to  
congregate.  There is also a 40' dock for fishing or watching flying  
fish and occassionally dolphins playing at your back door, along  
with a fish cleaning table.  Although we do not allow smoking within  
our home, there is plenty of room on the lanai and deck for your  
smoking pleasure, and ashtrays are provided. 
 
There are glorious water views from anywhere in the back of the  
house as well as beautiful landscaping surrounding the house for  
privacy. 
 
Available at Tigertail Beach is a playground, volleyball net, locker  
and cabana rentals, and food and drink all day every day.  If you  
choose to drive and bring your own food and chairs, etc., parking is  
available for a nominal fee. This is a wonderful place to walk at  
dusk to see the glorious Marco sunset if you should choose not to  
watch it from the privacy of your own lanai.

Activities and Attractions

Miles of beautiful white sandy beaches, shelling, boating,  
sightseeing, charter fishing, sports rentals, bike/moped/roller  
blade rentals, jet skiing, wind surfing, parasailing, swimming,  
golf, tennis, walking paths, sunbathing, shopping either in Marco  
specialty shops, outlets 9 miles away, or Naples Fifth Avenue 20  
miles up the highway.  Marco has some great restaurants and outdoor  
craft fairs throughout the year, as well as marinas and cinemas to  
please everyone in your party.  All religious persuasions are  
available here as well as ATM banking, a library, fitness center,  
grocery stores, and 24 hour medical services.  Alligator farms and  
air-boat rides are available in the Everglades, which are 20 miles  
south and well worth visiting.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season:  2,500/week or $9,000/month  (April 15 - November 15) 
High Season: 3,500/week or 12,000/month  (November 16 - April 14) 
$1000.00 Security deposit 
Rates are in U.S. Funds and are subject to change during holiday  
periods.
