Lake Arrowhead Lakefront Mountain Resort in Lake Arrowhead

This beautiful lakeside home is nestled in the north GA mountains of
Lake Arrowhead in Waleska, GA, just one hour north of Atlanta, GA.

Enjoy relaxing on 2 large double decks with one of the most
magnificant views of the lake. The home is right on the lake with a
large dock with ample room for swimming and fishing.

The 540 acre clear mountain spring fed Lake is the largest man made
privately owned lake in GA.

It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full Baths and sleeps 6-10 people (1 king, 2
queens, 1 full, 1 twin (bunk beds) and a queen pull out couch.

The house is complete with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully
furnished with dishes, fresh coffee beans/grinder, blender, paper
products and pots/pans etc.

This Beautiful Lake Front Property has a Private Deck with Hot Tub,
60 inch Big Screen TV, DVD, VCR's, CD player, Phone, High-speed
wireless internet for your laptop, Computer,
Foosball/Pool/PingPong/Air Hockey Combination Table, Laundry
facilities, etc.

Lake Arrowhead is known for it's award winning championship Golf
course with 5 of it's 18 holes along the lakefront while the other
holes wander into the North Georgia Foothills. Golf fee's are $35 on
weekdays and $50 on weekends (includes golf cart). Senior rates are
also available.

It has a country club, restaurant, large swimming pool, tennis
courts, hiking and horseback riding. Swimming pool/tennis court
passes are available to our guests for a nominal guest fee of $2 a
day.

The property has a large dock which is great for swimming and
fishing.

Recreation includes:

Golf, Tennis, Hiking, Horseback riding, Swimming, Fishing, Hot Tub,
60 inch Big Screen TV, DVD, VCR's, CD player, Phone with free long
distance within the USA, Gateway Computer,
Foosball/Pool/PingPong/Air Hockey Combination Table or simply laying
back in the private hot tub and watching the boats go by.

There is also a restaurant at the country club open to the public
and on occasion they have live entertainment. Please check regarding
restaurant being open for your specific dates.

If you choose to venture off the property, Canton is aprox. 20
minutes south. It provides many restaurants and entertainment
including a 8-screen movie theatre and large mall.

DAY TRIPS FROM LAKE ARROWHEAD:

Amicalola Falls State Park: a Water Fall perhaps the greatest in the
World the most majestic Scene. Amicalola is a state park with
walking trails.

Kangaroo Conservation Center, Largest kangaroo collection outside of
Australia. Kangaroo breeding facility with springhaas, dik-dik,
cranes, and other wildlife,. Tours by appointment only.

American Adventures: Next door to Whitewater in Marietta, this
amusement park is intended specifically for families with children up
to age 15.

pansive views of the surrounding mountains. Special Attractions:
Civil War history, military research, grand views, mature hardwood
forest, rich variety of plant life and abundant wildlife are
available to hikers.

Tennessee Aquarium: (great trip for a cloudy day) Inspires wonder
and appreciation for the natural world. Journey through a
spectacular 60-foot canyon and two living forests, where you'll see
over 9,000 animals that swim, fly and crawl in natural habitats.

Zoo Atlanta: Don't miss the Giant Pandas of Chengdu! See Lun Lun and
Yang Yang in the Asian Forest exhibit. Other natural habitats
include Masai Mara, Mzima Springs, and Ketambe where you can see
everything from orangutans to elephants!

Six Flags Over Georgia is bigger and better than ever! With eight
roller coasters and other heart-pounding thrill rides, water
adventures, Broadway-style musicals and Bugs Bunny and all his
Looney Tunes friends, Six Flags is the place for family fun! Open
March through October.

Stone Mountain Park: Stone Mountain Park is often referred to
as "the Eighth Wonder of the World." Visited by over 4 million
visitors annually, it is also one of the most popular attractions in
the country.

rates are $1,550.

Off season rates $250 per night and $1,200 weekly.
