Hunters Ridge Golf & Country Club is home to a 6,366 yard,
18-hole, Par 72 championship golf course, ranked by Golfweek
magazine as one of the top 15 distinctive development courses in
Florida. Designed by golf course architect Gordon G. Lewis and
surrounded by the stunning beauty of Southwest Florida's lush native
vegetation. Golf privileges are included with rental. Pay 50% of
current greens fees. You may join the organized ladies/mens day
activities.
Hunters Ridge features a 10,000 square foot Activity Center including
two card rooms, billiards room, excercise facility and a main
hall with kitchen and media room. It also has a 2,500 square foot
pool and spa surrounded by a large sun deck. Four tennis courts are
lighted.
Enjoy an intimate dinner prepared by our international chefs at our
private club house and lounge. This is a Gated Community with a guard
at the gate 24/7. Private golf course access is available with this
rental and there are several public courses nearby.

Golf, tennis, billiards, swimming, biking, jogging and bridge are all
located within this gated community. Plus fishing, boating, swimming,
parasailing in the warm gulf waters. Estero and Imperial river are
available for canoeing and kayaking. Greyhound track 2mi. Barefoot
Beach is 5 miles away.

Captiva all less than an hour drive. Everglades National Park is 50

Taxes, move-out cleaning ($150 per month) and long distance phone
charges extra. $500 security deposit returned one month after
departure. 50% due upon booking, balance due one month prior to move
