Vacation Rental Description

A 3 bedroom 2 bath corporate retreat that is both beautiful and 
spacious with great mountain and ocean views and many extras. This 
condominium includes a fully-stocked kitchen with Viking 
appliances,gas burners, marble flooring in both kitchen and 
bathrooms, garden tub and Tommy Bahamas King bed in Master Suite, 
spacious closet space throughout the unit, washer and dryer within 
the unit and highest quality down furnishings. Also included are 
Roadrunner internet, 42" H/D plasma television with cable, HBO, 
Showtime, Bose's surround sound and DVD in all rooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Building offers in-house movie theater, pool room, executive office 
area, conceriege in main lobby and 24hour security on grounds, 2 
covered parking stalls, pool with jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, a mini 
golf course, and many barbecue grilling areas to choose from make 
for an enjoyable and stress-free stay. 

Activities and Attractions

You will be amazed at the hundreds of restaurants and venues that 
are a hop skip and a jump away. With only five minutes to 2 malls 
(Ala Moana Center and Ward Center and Theater-plex) that offer a 
wide variety of shops and services, you will find yourself in stores 
like Armani,Christian Dior, Guess, Gucci and many more. You can even 
stroll down to Ala Mona white sand beach right across the street. We 
are located about 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from 
Waikiki where you will find a host of attractions and more 
entertainment. There is one thing for sure; you will enjoy your 
stay!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

5 Night Min. Stay is required

$800 to $1000/Night (5 night minimum)

$3000 to $3650/week (two week minimum)

$8500 to $10,000/Month 
 
$1000 deposit (which includes a nonrefundable $150 cleaning fee)is 
required to hold reservation and must be recieved 15  days of 
initial booking.
