with wooded view. Located just off Highway 64 convenient to
Cashiers restaurants, golf courses, shopping,and scenic
attractions. Unit has large enclosed screened patio and open deck
with gas barbeque grill. Accomodations include upstairs master
bedroom with king bed, upstairs second bedroom with queen bed, and
downstairs bedroom with queen bed opening onto outside deck. Family
room includes a double pullout sleeper sofa and gas fireplace. Unit
has 2 TV's and Combination VCR/DVD player. Includes washer/dryer.
Rental amount includes local phone service only and all utility
fees.

vacation rental rates
$700 per week or $2400 per month plus North Carolina 10% sales tax.
Security deposit of $300.
Payment schedule: Security Deposit plus 1/2 of the rental amount
upon reserving unit.
Balance due 2 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation: Full refund with 30 days notice.
Pets will require an additional pet deposit.
