The Retreat is located 5 minutes from Sullivan's Island,15 minutes from Boeing and 10
minutes to downtown Charleston in a quiet neighborhood. You will be staying in 
the heart of old Mt. Pleasant and only a  block from the
starting line of the Cooper River Bridge Run (can walk to the race)
and a short walk or drive to the many restaurants and activities on
Shem Creek. It is "the" place to relax! The Coleman Blvd. area has been mentioned in Southern Living. Please contact owner for availability! After 5 P.M. Monday-Friday or anytime Saturday/Sunday before 9P.M. Eastern Time.

Wake up to the sound of birds and maybe a soothing breeze as you sip
your coffee on the screened porch (front) or patio in the back yard.

You will be 20 minutes or less from the Charleston Airport, Hunley
Site, Plantations, Golf Courses, Tennis facilities (Family Circle
Stadium is 10 minutes away), Patriots Point, Ferry to Fort Sumter,
fabulous restaurants, shopping and numerous other things.

Queen bed in front bedroom (picture has not been changed) and twin beds in second bedroom.
All linens and paper products are included in the rate.
Smoke free/Pet free condo.

Prime location for access to the beaches, restaurants, shopping and downtown Charleston.

Quiet neighborhood - good area for walking, biking or jogging.

The Retreat offers a screen porch on front and patio in back with a
large fenced in back yard(privacy fence).
Full service kitchen
All linens and paper products provided.
Central heat and air.
Washer and Dryer.
Cable TV/DVD Player.
Coffee, cream, muffins, and snacks to welcome you to The Retreat.

Golf, Tennis, Kayaking, Deep Sea Fishing, Sight Seeing, Shopping,
Running, Biking, Walking, Attending Church, Swimming, and the Ocean
all within 10 minutes from The Retreat.

Year Round - $750.00 per week.
Discounts are available for longer stays.
The daily rental for 3 night minimum is $150.00 per night + $50.00
Cleaning Fee.
Check-In and Check-Out times are negotiable depending on availability.
$300.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required + 1/2 of total
rental fee within 7 calendar days from date reservation is taken.
If not received within 7 calendar days the reservation will be
deleted. The remainder of rental fee is due 30 days or sooner before the first
day of the rental agreement. No checks with overpayments will be
accepted. US funds only.
Cancellation within 30 days of rental arrival warrants no refund of any sort.
All checks must clear and be paid before key is granted.
