Hardwood floors, new wood doors, new cabinetry and new contemporary furnishings provide a comfortable atmosphere. A balcony lines the length of the living room and dining area, providing lots of sunlight. Living area furnishings include an L-shaped queen sleeper sofa, wall mounted flat screen television, gas fireplace, large wood dining table seating six to eight, and a wet bar. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area, as well as the entryway. Appliances include a gas stove/oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, a new stainless steel refrigerator and all customary countertop appliances. A laundry closet with a new stacked washer/dryer is just outside the kitchen in the entryway, as well as two more closets for coats and storage.

Iron railings line the staircase and the second floor landing, which overlooks the first floor. Both bedrooms have new contemporary furnishings and bathrooms en suite, large walk in closets, flat screen televisions, dressing mirrors, oversized windows with floor length drapes and new duvets in earth tones. The large master suite has two seating areas with comfy chairs and a love seat, a king sized ultra suede bed, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall, double sinks and a wall mounted hair dryer. The second suite is furnished with a queen sized bed, dressing bench, a tub/shower combination, single sink vanity and wall mounted hair dryer.

Additional amenities include complementary wi-fi, cable and two tandem parking spaces in the covered, gated garage. This security gated residential building is well maintained with tidy landscaping, a small marble floor lobby and new carpeting lining the building hallways. Guests are in walking distance of several casual restaurants, coffee shops and Walgreens along Pico Boulevard. Olympic Boulevard is a couple blocks away and provides easy access westward to the beaches or eastbound to downtown and the Staples Center/Nokia Live Entertainment complex.
