The new owner is renovating the entire unit to provide the most comfortable and pleasant atmosphere during your stay. This beach block condo, located on the second floor of the popular Friendship Condos, overlooks the complex's spacious new heated pool with attached kiddie area and a sun bathing deck with grills for convenient and fun summer picnics in the sunshine! You will be within walking distance to the beach, walking/biking trails, boardwalk, popular bars and restaurants to rave about to your friends.
This renovated clean condo will sleep up to 6 people: The 1st bedroom has a newer full bed with a new flatscreen installed on the wall. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on top and futon couch that turns into a full bed on the bottom, and a tv with loads of games. The living room area is also upgraded with all new amenities including a newer sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 and large HD flatscreen tv with DVD player installed on the wall. There is an eating area located next to it's fully functional kitchen with new tile backsplash and butchers block.
Owner will be adding a new kitchen table and countertop.
