Vacation Rental Description
This beautiful corner unit, second floor condo, is located in the
Palma Del Mar Villa section of Isla Del Sol Country Club. There are
many amentities. The condo sleeps six with two bedrooms, two full
baths and a brand new pull out queen sleep sofa (2007). This condo
also has its very own parking space and the best one in the
building! The covered end space, closest to the condo! Covered
parking on the second floor same as condo, corner space, and also
there's additional parking in front of the building, on the ground
floor. The white ceramic tile floored balcony faces the
fifth fairway of Isla Del Sol golf course. There is also a storage
shed on the balcony. The kitchen has room for a small table and two
chairs. The kitchen stove is only three years old, and all the
appliances are white, and the floor is white ceramic, which
compliments the foyer entrance, also white ceramic. The kitchen
breakfast bar extends into the dining room and has two new bar
stools
(2007). The dining room has a large table, with a removable leaf,
and
four chairs. The living room has a cable outlet, and access to the
balcony through large, sliding glass doors. The bedrooms are
spacious. The master bedroom overlooks the courtyard and beautiful
Floridian foliage, and has a queen bed and a large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is also roomy, and has sliding glass doors to the
balcony. The two full baths are clean, and tiled. The new stacked
washer and dryer unit (2007) closet is in the hallway. The linen
closet is also in that hallway. This fabulous condo is just steps
from the community pool and jacuzzi. The pool area is right on Boca
Ciega Bay, offering wonderful views of the marina and Skyway bridge
in the distance. Isla Del Sol is located on Boca Ciega Bay, minutes
away from the beautiful beaches of St. Pete Beach and the Gulf of
Mexico. This condo has been freshly painted (2007), new hot water
heater (2006), new storm/screen door (2007), new beige berber carpet
T/O (2007), new washer and dryer (2007), new living room furniture
(2007), new patio furniture (2007), new A/C and heating unit (2007).

courses are close by), boaters, runners, cyclists, and
for those who enjoy taking a walk along the bay! Beautiful pool
area
with spa and jacuzzi. Roomy recreation center with lounge area,
party facilities, etc. Second level parking, on same floor as this
condo, makes it easy with no steps! Located right on Boca Ciega
Bay,
and close to Fort DeSoto beach and the pristine beaches of St. Pete
Beach! Great restaurants in Isla, Terra Verde, Pass-A-Grill and in
St. Pete Beach. Close to major roads, shopping, dining, Gulf of
Mexico and surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay. The grounds of Palma Del
Mar
are beautifully landscaped, and are well maintained on a daily
basis. This is a delightful place to live. Lots of year 'round
residents, as well as seasonal tenants!
Activities and Attractions
Swimming, golfing, boating, jogging paths. Just a short 3 miles
from
St. Pete Beach, Fort DeSoto State Beach, and the Gulf of Mexico.
Isla del Sol is located on Boca Ciega Bay. Boat slips available for
rent. Recreation facility and club house are roomy, and very well
maintained. This property is a short distance from Fort De Soto
park
and beaches. Great location for biking, running, hiking. Just over
the bridge from Pass--A-Grille and the Don CeSar Resort on St. Pete
Beach.
