Vacation Rental Description

This 3rd floor beauty has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths built in 2006.  Located at 122 East  
Schellenger Ave, #300., This spacious 1400sq ft.condo is two blocks from the FREE beach/boardwalk.  
Also two water parks -  Splash Zone and Raging Water are located on the same street as well as  
Morey's Pier. The boardwalk has games, food, shops, and multitude of restaurants for your enjoyment  
located on the same street as condo. 
 
 
The 3D bowling alley which does galaxy bowling and famous restaurant Alfie's is located across the  
street. Just park and everything is in walkin distance.  
Convention center and the Bolero hot spot is within walking distance.   
 
A home away from home feeling in this condo. All new kitchen appliances that include garbage  
disposal, refrigerator with ice maker and self cleaning over. Also a full size washer and dryer,  
microwave, crock pot, blender, kitchen utensils, cookware and furniture. Can sleep up to 9 people  
comfortably. 
  
All bedrooms are nicely decorated and have ceiling fans, TV, as well as central air for your  
comfort.  
 
An outdoor shower with hot/cold running water for your convenience to rise off is located behind  
condo. There is an outdoor storage unit with lock to place all your beach chairs, wagons, bikes  
etc.. next to the showers. This is a no pets/non-smoking property.    
 
There are two off street parking spots in front of condo. Additional  
parking located directly across street. Everything is within walking  
distance.

LCD 26" TV and DVD 
Kitchen - coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, disposal, dishwasher, microwave, all  
appliances, dishes,utensils, and cookware 
Full size washer and dryer 
Outside showers with hot and cold water to rinse off after a beach day. 
Downstairs locked storage unit for beach chairs, bikes, etc.. 
Tentents to provide all towels, linens, and paper products

consecutive weekly rentals. DO NOT RENT TO SENIOR WEEK, PROM WEEKEND, OR GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25.

SEPTEMBER MID-WEEK SPECIALS!  3 nights - $550.  The Wildwood  
weather is fantastic in September!  Enjoy everything you would  
during the regular season. The ocean is warm and the area is  
peaceful.  September mid-weeks are perfect for families with young  
children.  Arrive Sunday or Monday night, based on availability.   
Extra nights are available.
