Vacation Rental Description

The wonderful home is new construction in a high-end development with great access to everything in 
the Winter Park/Fraser valley. The home is situated right near a small lake with majestic view that 
extend from the ski area and stretch the length of the divide to Rocky Mountain National park. The 
home features 3 bedrooms. There is a master suite with a king siz bed and 5 peice master bath.  The 
2nd bedroom is a queen size bed.  The 3rd bedroom has a 2 day beds with two additional beds which 
sleeps 4 people. Off the master bedroom there is a loft that can sleep 2 and downstairs if you need 
another bed there is a queen size sofa sleeper. Finally, there is also additional sleeping and 
plenty of space in the downstairs game room that offers a pool table or ping pong, professional dart 
board and another full kitchen.  The kitchen has all appliances and is fully equipped with cooking 
utensils, 12 place settings. The picture windows across the main 
floor provide a million dollar view from morning till dusk.  The deck outside is a perfect place to 
enjoy the sun set while sitting in a brand new jacuzzi spa!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The property is located 5 minutes from the top-rated Pole Creek Golf 
course, featuring 27 holes of challenging mountain play. Winter 
Park ski area is 10 minutes away, both of which are easily accessed 
by Hwy 40. Devil's Thunb cross-country resort is a mere 5 minutes 
away and features a 4-star, rustic dining experience.  Clearly the 
best food in the valley. Granby and Grand Lake are just over the 
hill about 20 minutes down Hwy 40.  
This property is perfectly located to access all the great 
activities Grand county has to offer.

If you are looking for an action packed vacation, this is the place 
for you.  Winter activities include the obvious skiing, 
snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.  But the valley also offers unique 
activities like sledding hills, sleigh rides and natural hot 
spings.  The Summer is amazing as well with 3 world class golf 
courses, summer Western rodeos, concerts, 600 miles of mountain bike 
trails, hiking and hot air balloon rides!!
