summer-fall 2007, and has been painted and updated inside as well.  This is a bright and sunny end  
unit with great views. 
New beautiful vinyl siding, windows, sliding doors, and five great new decks!   
A delightful place for a family vacation!  
 
Note: Absolutely no animals and no smoking inside are allowed. Any violation 
will result in loss of total deposit!! 
 
Come to N Topsail Beach and get away from the crowds in this spotless, well  
maintained unit. This three story townhome has spectacular ocean, sound and 
intercoastal waterway views.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck,  
facing and listening to the ocean. Have your evening drinks and meal on the  
rear deck overlooking the ICW.    
Perfect for a family gathering or a quiet getaway.   
 
Beach access is located just across the street.  Gazebo on the sound side behind the unit 
is great for fishing or just sitting with a cold drink and enjoying the breeze. 
 
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with a shared bathroom.   
The second floor accommodates the living room, dining area, half bath  
and large kitchen.  The third floor is the master bedroom with large 
private bathroom with vaulted ceiling.  All bedrooms open to decks with 
water views.  All rooms have overhead fans. 
 
This vacation spot has everything you need to relax and enjoy  
time with your friends and family.  There is a local fishing pier on N Topsail Beach 
and several local golf courses. There are a few restaurants on N Topsail Island 
and many more located back on the mainland.   
 
This is the best value in a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath vacation rental on

Vacation Rental Amenities

Rental includes 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sleeper couch.  
Renter to bring own linens (or rent our bath towels and sheets for $25). 
  
Unit has central air-heat; washer & dryer, cable TV, DVD.  Kitchen has vaulted ceiling  
and skylight, and is fully equipped (including dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker,  
microwave, toaster oven, blender).   
All you need to bring is the food.  
 
Outdoor shower and ample storage underneath the townhome.  
 

Activities and Attractions

Area activities include: fishing, boating (free launch); and driving on beach at  
the end of the island.  There is a community park located 1 mile  
from the unit with a children's nature trail,playground,tennis, and basketball.

Rental rates are per week.  Saturday to Saturday. 
Less than full weeks may be considered.
