This one of a kind vacation location is situated across from the City of Sedona Heritage Museum and located in Jordan Park on a private one-acre parcel. The property is surrounded by a picturesque creek and border acres and acres of forest service land. You are literally walking distance to Sedona premier Uptown where you will find an assortment of restaurants, shopping and vacation tour companies to take you for jeep rides to through the red rock or an assortment of other vacation activities, yet your are nestled amongst the forest. The property features panoramic views of Steamboat and Wilson Mountain with no immediate neighbors.

Jordan Park Property rented as a 1 or 2 Bedrooms: The Jordan Park Property can be rented as a one bedroom or a two bedroom. This is one of Sedona's original homestead properties and is surrounded by 20 acres of forest yet walking distance to Uptown Sedona's shops and restaurants. As with the Sedona Guest Cottage, ALL ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES ARE ON A SATURDAY.

  Cleaning fee: $100
• When booking is made, 50% of the amount due within 72 hours, paid by check or money order or Paypal to hold the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before the rental begins.
  
  Cancellations, Forfeits And Travels Insurance
  
  A. All Cancellations Made Within 30 Days Of Arrival Are Non-Refundable. In the event you must cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, please notify us as soon as possible. If you had elected to purchase Trip Insurance please contact the travel insurance company with your claim.
  B. If cancellations are made outside of 31 days of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $100 cancellation fee and trip insurance premium.
