155 Layton Drive, located in The Quiet Resort of South Bethany, is a  
family town with something for everyone.  This well-kept canalfront  
home is ideal for crabbing, fishing, or simply watching the boats  
cruise past while relaxing on your deck or screened porch.  A  
traffic light at the corner allows for a safe walk to a protected  
beach 1 1/2 blocks away.  Parking permits are provided should you  
choose to drive. 
 
Our home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs, and a powder room  
down.  A queen sleeper-sofa in the master bedroom provides extra  
room for small children.  A second queen sleeper-sofa downstairs  
makes those extra visitors feel welcome. 
 
There is ample parking on the property.  The cul-de-sac street makes  
child-play safer.

DVD/VCR/CD, Charcoal BBQ, Deck/Screened Porch, Outside Shower, Off

Sept 5-Sept 19, 2008      $1,200/week plus $100 cleaning fee 
Sept 19 through Oct 2008  $1,000/week plus $100 cleaning fee 
weekends and partial weeks available in the spring and fall
