If you desire true luxury, steps from the intercoastal, on your
vacation, our NEW townhouse is the right choice
for you. We would like to increase our rentals so our pricing is very
reasonable. This is a new 3 bedroom
townhouse furnished with luxury appointments. For your safety and
convenience, we have an attached garage
(extremely rare in vacation rentals).

Our condo overlooks a beautiful lake with the intercoastal (watch
boats, see manatees) in the distance. We
also have high speed, wireless internet (WiFi) and a 42" flat screen
in the living room for your viewing pleasure.

The Tidelands complex is located within Ocean Hammock, N.E. Florida's
most prestigious oceanfront community,
located conveniently midway between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine,
and
only 75 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Groceries, shopping and
restaurants are minutes away. On the
premises you'll find two heated pools (one is waterside), recreation
room, workout equipment, clubhouse, play
area, snack bar and children's game room.

The townhouse is furnished with fine quality furniture, one king, one
queen, two twin beds and two sleeper
sofas to sleep ten in comfort.

The gourmet kitchen features Italian granite countertops and top
quality appliances. No matter how high your
standards, we guarantee you will be delighted!

The area is a golfer�s paradise offering five championship courses
by designers such as Palmer, Nicklaus and Player. The most
spectacular is the Ocean Hammock course designed by Nicklaus. Listed
as number 86 of the top 100 courses you can play in the U.S.(2005),
the 7200 yard design boasts eight holes playing along the Atlantic.
Completed in 2002, it has hosted the USGA- sponsored Womens Amateur
Public Links Championship won by Michelle Wie in 2003. The resort is
also just 30 minutes to the World Golf Village in St. Augustine and
one hour to the TPC in Ponte Vedra.

and views of the Intracoastal
Waterway

Our luxury condo is nestled along a mile of Intracoastal Waterway
shoreline! 80 lush acres provide
magnificent
views of calm waters ideal for kayaking, canoeing, or cruising.
Access it all from walking and
biking trails that
wind their way around the lakes, along the Waterway, and through the
community. Try out the nearby

spot - European Village with outdoor eateries and gourmet
restaurants.
