- Off Season Rates: September 2 to June 19
  $100 a night weekday, $150 weekend, $500 a week

- High season Rates: May to August.
   $140 a night weekday, $195 weekend 

* Above rates are for up to 4 people, each extra person is $10 per night.
* Rates may vary during holidays, school breaks or special events. 

-  Cleaning fee $35 (rate may vary depending on party size)
-  Refundable Security Deposit $150 (rate may vary depending on party size)
