Over 2900 sq.ft. living space in this South Gulf Cove, 6 bedroom, vacation home built in 2000. Located on sailboat water just minutes from the Myakka River where you can relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets with an unobstructed western view.

Sleeps 12 guests in beds, plus 2 guests in a pull out sofa 

This home has been used as our vacation home for many years and now we invite you to enjoy it as well! Heated pool was completed late November 2007 with an additional 800 sq.ft. of paved outdoor living! This huge area is completely screened in and a baby fence surrounds just the pool. You can relax outside by the pool and feel safe if you have young children with you. Newly redesigned living room has reclining leather sofa seating with a 50" plasma television. 

Bedroom #1: FIRST MASTER SUITE: This room has a king-size bed and features three large picture windows allowing you an amazing unobstructed view down the waterway. The attached bathroom has an extra large Jacuzzi brand tub for two, walk in shower, double sink and separate enclosed commode.

Bedroom #2: SECOND MASTER SUITE: This room has a queen-size bed and features two large picture windows allowing you an amazing unobstructed view down the waterway. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower, single sink and doorway out to the patio.

Bedroom #3: Queen-size bed, small sofa and detached bathroom.

Bedroom #4: Queen-size bed with extra large floor plan. This room can easily accommodate a queen blow-up mattress and/or crib. Detached bathroom.

Bedroom #5: Full-size bed plus full-size pull-out sofa. Detached bathroom.

Bedroom #6: Full-size bed with access to the first master bedroom bathroom.

Eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with morning bar, family room features triple sliding doors that open onto the screened-in patio. Washer and Dryer. All linens included.

Close to many boat and jet-ski rentals or bring your own. Boat ramp is located a few blocks from the home in South Gulf Cove. We are located in a very quite neigborhood. Great for walking and biking. 3 miles from the grocery store, pizza restaurant and chinese take-out. This mall also has a Blockbuster, salon and liquor store.
