Vacation Rental Description

Over 2900 SF living space in this South Gulf Cove, 5-6 bedroom,  
vacation home built in 2000. Located on sailboat water wth no fixed  
bridges to the Myakka river. You can relax and enjoy spectacular  
sunsets with an unobstructed western view.  
 
Sleeps 12 guests but extremely comfortable when occupied by 8 or less. 
  
This home has been used as our vacation home for many years and now  
we invite you to enjoy it as well! Screened-in heated pool was  
completed late November 2007 creating an additional 800 sf of outdoor  
living! 
 
TWO MASTER SUITES(one King bed & one queen bed) enjoy private baths  
and views of the water. Two rooms with queen size beds share a full  
bath.  
 
Additional bedrooms: First is the den which is seperated from the  
master by the master bathroom. This furnished room has a full-size  
bed; the second is a furnished media room with a queen size pull out  
couch.   
 
All linens and equipped kitchen provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Close to many boat rentals or bring your own. Boat ramp is located a  
few blocks from the home in South Gulf Cove.

Activities and Attractions

Close to Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Gasparilla Island and Venice.   
Boating, Deep Sea fishing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Fine dining and  
more. Minutes to fabulous beaches on the Gulf of Mexico.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000-1650 per week. 
Monthly & seasonal rates available. 
 
 
All rates & fees apply up to 6 adults.
