Vallarta airport and 20 miles north of Puerto Vallarta.

Casa Delfin/Serena: 
16 January – 30 November $150/Night up to 2 Guests 
1 December - 15 January	 $175/Night up to 2 Guests 
Palapa: 
16 January – 30 November $110/Night up to 2 Guests 
1 December - 15 January	 $125/Night up to 2 Guests 
Casa Maria: 
16 January – 30 November $300/Night up to 4 Guests 
1 December - 15 January	 $350/Night up to 4 Guests 
Guestsuite: 
1 January - 31 December $140/Night up to 6 Guests 
Additional Guests: 
$15/Night/Guest 
A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total reservation fee is  
required at time of booking to assure reservation.  The balance of  
the total reservation fee is due 30 days prior to arrival.  A  
refundable $150 security deposit is due upon arrival. 
We now accept PayPal and credit cards for your deposit and payments. 
 
Minimum stay is 7 days or longer during the season from 1 Dec.  
through 31 March. From April through October, discounts may apply  
for long term stays.
