private entrance to the ocean and an amazing view from the 4th
floor. There is a large balcony overlooking the ocean and Cocoa

This condo has been renovated in June '07 with all new tile in the
kitchen and family room. New sliding doors overlooking the ocean.
New bathroom fixtures and tile flooring in both bathrooms. Freshly
painted throughout with very tastefully chosen colors. New ceiling
fans added to the family room and both bedrooms. The kithcen
is fully equipped with everything you need. This is a beautiful
place with a beautiful view.

Included are lots of little extras for you to use at no extra
charge - free portable crib, blender, mini-crockpot, small cooler,
books,beach chairs, beach umbrella, children's games and puzzles,
Boogie board, and noodles. These items alone can save you lots of

Depending on season and availability a 5 night minimum rental will be

In addition to the rental fee renter is responsible for Florida tax
of 11% and a one time cleaning fee of $85.
