of sandy beaches!This property is amazing! Located on 1/3 acre, 
Built in 1947 but totally renovated in 2004! 2500 sq. ft under air 
and 6000 sq. ft. outside living! Fully furnished with dishes, 
silverware,linens, flat screen tv in main family room with cd/dvd 
player, tvs in the bedrooms with cd players, A courtyard in the front 
yard to eat your breakfast and have your morning coffee or evening 
cocktails! 

Take your pick!Key West style living at it's best!This gorgeous home 
has Granite counters,Mahogany Hardwood floors,Custom painted and 
designer decorated interior. It has three bedrooms, two baths, two 
family rooms. The master on the second floor has your very own 
private bath, and incredible deck, offering magnificent water views! 
There is a full laundry room right off the kitchen for your 
convenience. There is a garage for your car, and a huge circular 
driveway in front as well as a driveway for your boat or rv in the 
back of the home. This home lacks nothing! Just bring your 
toothbrush, shorts and bathing suit! You will just love the charm of 
this beautiful home nestled in the heart of Jensen Beach!

The outdoor living as well as the inside living in this Jensen Beach 
Waterfront home will blow your mind! There is a 20 x 20 deck 
on the second floor that overlooks the Indian River offering 
breathtaking views And breezes! The back yard is entirely fenced and 
private, great for children and privacy. The 14 x 28 lagoon 
shaped, salt system, play pool is surrounded by flowing palm trees 
and tiki bars! (The salt system leaves the skin feeling clean as 
opposed to chlorine treated pools!) A private oasis you will enjoy 
from morning to night! There is a child proof fence for the pool for 
the safety of small children. A grill is poolside for your barbecuing 
needs!There is boat or rv parking available in the back of the 
property. Just minutes by foot to Jensen Beach main street to enjoy 
Crawdaddy's, famous New Orleans Style Cafe Mulligans waterfront 
restaurant, good music kilwin's ice cream shop and teh many little 
cute shops with local crafts. You will also enjoy Jammin in Jensen 
every Thursday night which offers bands playing, good food and booths 
with local crafts being sold! Jensen Beach has 30 miles of public 
beaches to be enjoyed by everyone! Bath tub beach,located across the 
bridge on Hutchinson Island is one of the top beaches in the USA! The 
Lady Stuart deep sea chartes leave daily just minutes from the house! 

The area offers a sailing school just a few miles down the road and 
many marinas and boat ramps for your boating pleasures! There is a 
skate park for the teenagers, just minutes away with volley ball and 
basketball courts. You will not want to go home!

Activities and Attractions

Jensen Beach is known as the "Sailfish Capital"! Just minutes from 
the Stuart inlet, the fishing and boating is incredible! The 
waterways are beautiful with many small islands for swimming and 
barbecuing! Jensen Beach is located in The Treasure Coast which was 
named that from all of the ship wrecks just off the shore. The 
surfing and windsurfing are also a tremendous draw to this area. 
Shopping, dining, theater, golfing, tennis are all available within 
miles. The location can not be beaten! 10 minutes to downtown 
Stuart, 1 1/2 hours to Ft. Lauderdale, 2 hours to Miami, walking 
distance to Downtown Jensen, 2 hours to Orlando and, The Everglades 
starts only one hour to the west. Approximately 40 minutes from the 
West Palm Beach Airport. Location, Location, Location!

Weekend rates available: $225.00 per night!

Annual Weekly rate: $1500 (6 nite, 7 days)

Annual/seasonal monthly rate: $4500.00 (Worth every penny!)

Deposit Amount: $500.00 plus $250.00 for first night

Balance to be paid upon arrival by cashier's check

Cleaning fee: $150.00 per stay
