This is a fully furnished and tastefully decorated unit located in
the prestigious gated community of Villa de las Palmas just south of
the San Felipe Marina Resort and the Baja Diamante condominiums.
This unit is a downstairs lock off section of a private residence
and consists of a living room, large bedroom and private bathroom.
The living room has a sleeper sofa, television with VCR/DVD, SKY
satellite, A.C. and ceiling fans. The bedroom consists of two double
beds, A.C., T.V. with VCR/DVD, under counter refrigerator, bar sink,
microwave, coffee maker, blender and most utensils. Please note it
does not have a full kitchen.
