With comfortable accommodations for four (4) guests, this uniquely designed property is very ideal for couples or family looking for an amazing Seattle escapade. It also has 2 1/2 bathrooms, chef designed kitchen, koi pond and rooftop deck!

From the rooftop, you’ll have an amazing view of Lake Union and Seattle with gorgeous sunsets and sparkling city lights! To give you the feel of nature, we have wall plants on the deck which thrive in Seattle’s weather. On the lower level, you’ll see the artistic touch of this gorgeous home. It displays wide array of paintings and work done by the owner herself. The koi pond in patio area will surely give you a therapeutic relaxation to make you loosen up from a day of fun and excitement.Check out our pictures!

Capitol Hill neighborhood and downtown Seattle have great shopping areas, amazing restaurants, churches, entertainment and a great night life! At The Paramount, ACT Theater, The Tripple Door or many other places you can catch fantastic performances and see live entertainment with big names and big shows! Unique exhibits can be found at the EMP, Frye Art Museum and Seattle Art Museum (SAM), which are all a walk or short ride away. Saint Marks Cathedral is an amazing historic church with beautiful grounds and more.

Located close to downtown an impressive walk to Seattle’s premier shops such as West Lake Center, Pacific Place and Nordstrom. Coffee shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Nearest grocery store is less than 5 minutes walk. Safeway, Trader Joe's and Madison Market are about 5 minutes or less drive or a good 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Highly reccomendable!

We are a Norwegian family of four experienced travelers (by now all are adults) who have previously been living in Seattle for periods, and who truly love the city. All of us had high expectations for this holiday-house, and the conclusion: This was simply great! The location super, the house had high standard, clean, well equipped, the service was excellent – all together very agreeable. The house is one of four very, very close, but separate buildings connected by a common square with four garages. It is 4 floors high, counting the roof terrace, and very narrow (lots of stairs). The roof terrace is small, but absolutely usable – nice place for a sundowner…Great view. The living room is integrated with a very usable kitchen. The neighborhood is wonderful, and Joe Bar around the corner is a highly recommendable breakfast place. Suggestion: Read the description carefully – you get what is promised.
On the down side: We could not get a small enough car for the garage – and it would probably have been better to use the garage around the corner.

Amazing rental house. Probably the best I've been at.

This place was near perfect. Amazing location with walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and other amenities. The house itself is huge with lots of great rooms and a beautiful rooftop deck. The kitchen is a chef's dream as well. The house is also well equipped with lots of books/board games and other perks.
Chris and his employees are very attentive to all needs and made the experience great as well. I'd return here every time I come to Seattle if I could.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Fabulous Stay

My best friend Kendra and I stayed at the Artist’s Townhouse in Seattle, WA. Talk about being in the heart of the city! We felt like we were near every great sight and attraction the entire time. And if we weren’t? It was really easy to navigate the city and get to where we wanted to go. The Artist’s Townhouse, otherwise, is in a fabulous location! In the neighborhood alone stood a grocery store, library, the Harvard Exit Movie Theater, and Saint Marks Cathedral…which I LOVED! We loved the décor and ambience of the Townhouse and just really enjoyed our trip. Thanks!
