Vacation Rental Description

Our unit has 1 Cal-king in the master with attached full bath, our 
guest room has bunk-beds(twin on top, full on bottom) and a separate 
full size bed.  This guest room can accommodate up to 4 people and it 
also has its own attached full bath.  We also have the convenience of 
a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Upstairs will take you to the 
main living area, with high beam ceilings, colorful paint, inviting 
fireplace, queen sleepersofa, additional bathroom, dining area, 
breakfast bar, open kitchen with newly installed stainless steel 
appliances equates to a nice home cooked meal.  In the cabinets you 
will finds many games and toys for all ages.  Bring your favorite 
DVDs, pop some popcorn, light the fire and settle in for a cozy 
evening.  Or...wanna go out and play?  The Village has so much to 
offer, dining, wine bars, coffee joints, dancing, outside lounge area 
with fire pit, more bars, more dining & shopping too!  A causal 
stroll through the Village is also fun!!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

When visiting, our condo has a 2 car tandem underground parking 
stall, that is really convenient in snow storms.  Across the street, 
in the Village, there is a small market, in case you forgot 
something.  From the garage, walk up stairs to a covered walkway 
(more snow protection), and  our door is the 1st on the left.  The 
kitchen is fully functional with pots, pans, plates, silverware, 
glassware, small aplliances, etc. Bedroom and baths have replaceable 
linens as well as many towels.  It is a fully functional home away 
from home, but more fun.  Relax and enjoy the roof top jacuzzi, play 
in the recreation room (which is one door over from our door) or even 
bring your raquetballs and racket and play a few games in the indoor 
raquetball court. Paddle tennis is their too!!!  Bring Racquets/Balls.

Activities and Attractions

Our building "HELIOS North" is right across the street from the 
Village, which makes visiting in the snow season so convenient.  Get 
up, put on the snow gear, make a quick breakfast, hop on the gondola 
and ride to Canyon Lodge.  Same for biking, however lighten the level 
of clothing!  There is something to do all season:  Skiing, Boarding, 
Hiking, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Art Exhibits, Lake visits, 
Skateboad park, shopping, Movies, Spa days, etc.  Come and have fun!

Vacation Rental Rates

Come visit our beautiful "HELIOS North" condo (not to be confused 
with Helios South which is a little further from the Village), HELIOS 
North is kitty-corner to Mammoth's new Village.  Walk out the front 
door,hop on the gondola to ride staight to Canyon Lodge!  Our rates 
are very agressive as we try our hardest to keep the flow of 
visitors!!  

NON SNOW SEASON RATES:
We require:  2 Night Minimum  - $125 cleaning fee - Deposit to be 
determined depending on length of stay.
Non snow season, Weekend night $190/night(Fri & Sat)               
Non snow season, Weekday night $160/night
Weekly & Monthly available upon request
Mid week special is 3 nights, Tues, Wed, Thurs $400

SNOW SEASON RATES - 11/8/07 to end of season
Snow season weekend night $325/night (Fri & Sat)
Snow season weekday night $275/night
Snow season Holidays, normally 3 night minimum @ $375/night
Two Weeks of Christmas & New Years 4 night minimum @ $425/night 
All visits are charged 13% Transient/Visitor Tax.  We pay to Town of 
Mammoth Lakes
