Vacation Rental Description

Modern and sunny 2-story townhome with full kitchen, large open living area,  
bedroom, bath and deck w/BBQ upstairs. Large master bedroom and bath  
downstairs along with laundry room are downstairs. This is a NO  
smoking townhome. 
 
Great location in Tahoe Donner: located across from the golf driving range (summer) or sledding hill  
(winter) and Trout Creek Recreation center (complete with pools,  
basekball courts, fitness facilities) and walking distance to  
convenience store. 
 
The townhouse has one bedroom upstairs (queen bed) and a set of twin  
beds in the secondary bedroom, one which has a trundle below that  
easily converts to a king and a twin. Total beds (5).

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Tahoe Donner Ski Lifts, Hiking, X-Country Ski Center, and Biking  
Trails are all closeby. Located within 20 miles of other winter  
resorts like Squaw, Alpine, Northstar, Sugarbowl, Boreal, etc!   
Other features include washer and dryer, Direct TV satellite,  
Wireless Internet, Printer available with your laptop, free local  
phone calls, VCR, CD stereo player, dishwasher.

Includes use of Tahoe Donner* amenities including  
hot tubs, pool, workout facilities, sauna, tennis courts, 18 hole  
professional golf course/driving range, ski slope/school, cross
