Montana Ave. & 10th Street, for weekly vacation rental. This property
gives you the opportunity to experience the authenticity of California
Spanish architecture with modern decor and Santa Monica location at its best.

The property is on the top story & corner of building (4 unit bldg).
A balcony in front of the building gives you an awesome view of bustling
activity on Montana Avenue, the charming tree-lined street and towering
palm trees. Very, very light and bright - high ceilings with antique wrought
iron chandeliers, textured stucco walls and spacious with wood flooring
throughout and travertine in master bath.


We have taken care of all that you will need - luxe sheets/towels/full
kitchen. Casa de Montana is perfect for corporate travelers or
those with fine taste demanding the utmost in quality and attention
to detail.

bathrooms. The main bathroom has a tub/shower. Second bath has
granite countertop and contains washer/dryer.

Sleep peacefully in the master bedroom on a brand new Serta Perfect
Sleeper Series Bed - the selected bed by several luxury resort
hotels. Master bedroom is also equipped with digital cable flat screen
TV and large walk-in cedar closet.

Both bedrooms feature plush goose down comforters and views of the
Santa Monica Mountains.

Property also includes separate computer room/office with wireless
Internet, bright, track lighting and floor to ceiling shelving off
living area. With a window looking out the front balcony, the
