minutes from the beaches..downtown with all the amenities that
Sarasota has to offer. We offer 5 pools, 4 tennis courts...great
walking/biking paths...a fitness center and club house which features
the 19th hole.. a great place for casual dining as well as the formal dining room both with a view that is spectacular.

Sarasota is centrally located between Tampa and Venice...not to far
from Naples. There are so many cultrual amd social activies to
chosse from. We are minutes from the most beautiful beaches on the
gulf coast. To enjoy even more just cross the bridge to St. Armands
Square and enjoy the many great shops and restaurants plus
entertainment on specific nights.
vacation rental rates
Seasonal rates....membership transfer fee of $200 for 2011/2012 is guest responsibility this includes all of the members amenities. Exit cleaning fee is deducted from the security deposit. Utilities, phone and high speed
internet are included with seasonal rates.
