Our condo is located in the Lae Nani community which sits directly
on the sand of Wailua Bay at the east end of Kauai. With only 84
condos on the property, guests can be close to evey island activity
and not have to put up with the high rise hotel chain experience.
Your views from the lanai, living room, dining room & kitchen look
out over Wailua Bay & are completely unobstructed by swimming pools,
trees or other buildings.

A 10 minute drive north of the airport puts your feet in the crystal
clear waters of the Wailua Bay, one of the safe snorkling beaches
free from rip currents & protected from strong winds. In addition, there is a rock enclosed "kieki" pond on the property where children can be in the water & completely protected from waves & currents.  You are 100
yards from the famous, and soon to be rebuilt Coco Palms Resort
where Elvis Presley filmed Blue Hawaii as well as South Pacific and
the TV series Fantasy Island.

Guests at our condo are 100 yards from the Coconut Marketplace where
restaurants, movie theaters, and shops abound. If you don't feel
like cooking meals in your fully stocked kitchen, you can stroll
over to a number of restaurants that should fill your needs. A
couple of blocks in the other direction is the mouth of the Wailua
River where canoe & kayak rentals can be found, as well as river
cruise tours & luau sites. For the golfer, there can be no better
location. 5 minutes away is the Wailua Golf Course, named by Sports
Illustrated as one of the top ten municipal courses in the nation.
30 minutes north is the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed 27 hole
Princeville Makai courses along with the world famous Prince course
which is rated as the number one course in the state of Hawaii. 15
minutes south will bring you to the Jack Nicklaus 36 hole Kauai
Lagoons course, and another 5 minutes down the road is the newest
course on the island, Puakea Golf Club. 40 minutes south is the
Poipu Bay Golf Club, home of the PGA Grand Slam each year. If you
have enough time, don't forget to try the Robert Trent Jones Kiahuna
Golf club in Poipu. There is no better location on the island to
experience all that Kauai has to offer.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has been completely remodeled
in 2007. A complete kitchen enlargement & redesign includes brand
new appliances, granite counters, hardwood cabinets & travertine flooring. Both
bathrooms have been redesigned as well with new cabinets, enlarged
showers & trvertine flooring. Crown molding throughout along with
plantation style louvered doors, and bamboo entry flooring completes
this new design. A new laundry room includes a brand new front load
washer & dryer. Come stay with us and you will be immediately

fixtures, this is truly a family owned home, as you will see the
minute you step through the front door.

This top floor, end unit assures privacy from the only direct
oceanfront building on the property. Relax on the huge lanai and
watch the sun go down as you see all the way across Wailua Bay.
This lanai is large enough to include a table, 4 chairs, and 2
reclining lounge chairs. Inside the lanai closet you will find
complimentary water toys, mats, boogie boards, beach chairs, ice
chests, umbrellas & more for guests to use at the beach or pool.

Each bedroom has its own TV (32" flat panel LCD in master bedroom),
radio and alarm clock. The travertine floored baths each have their
own hair dryer & curling irons. Ceiling fans can be controlled for
your desired comfort level if the trade winds are not enough.
Complimentary wireless high speed internet is available for use with
your laptop, and the living room has a two drawer "library" filled
with books that you may take for you reading pleasure. The living
room is equipped with a new 32" flat panel LCD TV, DVD/CD player,
VCR & radio if you must have a break from the beautiful views
outside. 

Our home is managed & maintained by Kauai Vacation Rentals, a true

cared for in the Aloha spirit & not put on a "to do" list by a huge

On the property you will find a full sized heated swimming pool that
has been completely renovated, newly resurfaced tennis courts if you
have brought your racquet, and 3 full size gas BBQ's to cook that
great steak or fish you bought at the market or CostCo when you
arrived.
