Eagle's Nest you can hear it, see it and feel it and you're only 20-30 minutes from Downtown 
Vancouver!
Recently remodeled to the highest standards, Eagle's Nest is an open concept, 1600 square foot, 2 
story house. It features a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, an outdoor hot tub with great views, oak 
flooring, a large fireplace (wood provided), a fully equipped kitchen, including top of the line 
appliances and gas stove.  The natural knotty cedar walls and post and beam construction of the main 
floor will surround you with a rich warmth and beauty only wood of this quality can provide. 
The master bedroom (upper), with incredible views of Deep Cove and beyond, has a king-size bed and 
ensuite bathroom (with shower and toilet). 
The second bedroom has one queen and one double bed and is adjacent to the main bathroom featuring a 
Jacuzzi and separate shower.
Overlooking Deep Cove, in a secluded cul-de-sac, Eagle's Nest is designed to capture stunning 
panoramic views of pristine mountains, ocean, islands, marina and gardens. These views are 
enthusiastically declared, by all who visit, to be of the best in Vancouver. As our guests, you may 
relax and be entertained by the profuse bird life including bald eagles, hawks and humming birds or 
by the yachts and kayaks gliding quietly in and out of Deep Cove below. 
Soak up the views on the huge, private feeling, 350 sq ft sunny deck featuring gas BBQ, table for 
six and comfortable seating.  Binoculars are available for close up views and star gazing at the 
beautiful night sky away from the city lights.  You may wander into the garden, across the stream 
and take in the view from the hot tub.

Garden/ Hot tub: A path to the hot tub has a wooden bridge crossing the property stream; a natural 
wood enclosure provides privacy while outside. Relax and enjoy beautiful views.
Parking: An open garage provides cover for 2 cars; please discuss needs for more parking 
Suitability: 
Non-smoking only except on the deck or in the garden, pets considered,

Activities and Attractions

You may choose to hike the beautiful Baden Powell Trail which can be accessed just steps away from 
Eagle's Nest. After about 45 minute's of experiencing majestic Douglas Fir forest and crossing 
numerous gurgling streams, you come out at "the Rock", a granite promontory offering breath taking 
views of Deep Cove and the Indian Arm.
Neighborhood attributes include the charming town of Deep Cove itself with it’s wonderful 
restaurants, cafes, gift shops, and kayak rentals. All of this only a 5 minute walk away from the 
house (Eagle's Nest).  There is a large grocery store 5 minutes away by car.
Eagles Nest is about 90 minutes south of Whistler Ski Resort, 20-30 minutes northeast of downtown 
Vancouver, 10-30 minutes from incredible hiking, skiing, snowshoeing  and snow boarding on our local 
mountains (Mount Seymour, Grouse Mountain, and Cypress Bowl) and two and a half hours from Seattle. 
Other activities:
Kayaking, Sailing, Boating, Waterskiing, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Swimming, Biking, Sledding/Tubing, 
Wildlife Viewing, Fishing, and Rock Climbing.

Monthly rate: $5000 - $6000
No extra fees or taxes.  10 day stay = weekly rate + 3/7 weekly rate.  Monthly fees are negotiable. 
Rental Agreements can be transmitted via email.  Payment can be by cheque, Internet, wire or PayPal. 
50% deposit and balance paid 60 days prior to the start of your stay. Payment can be taken in GBP, 
CDN$, US$ or Euros.
