The Villa offers a home like environment with 5 Star Luxury versus an "apartment feel". The living space is
almost 1500 square feet. Additionally it offers both a garden patio with
fountain and a large rooftop deck for entertaining.

San Clemente is a hidden village that is convenient to the best that
San Diego, Los Angeles, Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach
have to offer. Our home is located in the premier location of the
village. The Pier pictured to the left is only 2 blocks away and the
Spanish village-styled shopping and dining area is but one block
away. The beachside park pictured offers sunset views that will be
captured in your memories forever. Activities Galore. Be sure to
check out local event schedules to plan your stay during one of the
many special events such as Beachfest here on San Clemente beach.
Walking paths, Hiking, bicycling and boating are all nearby.

SUMMER RATE 5/10 - 9/6/08 $1950/week

Holidays: July 4th, Labor Day and Memorial Day offered at $2,150/week.
