This new, luxury beach cottage is filled with high-end features
including granite kitchen counters, travertine and tumbled marble
master bath, coral tile bathroom flooring, brushed nickel fixtures,
flat screen HDTV sets, HDMI DVD players, custom artwork, 9-foot
ceilings, with custom trim and hardwood flooring throughout the house.

Activities and Attractions

Food Glorious Food!: Culinary choices to suit everyone's tastes. You
can dine 'uptown' with award-winning cuisine at Chef Tim Creehan's
Beach Walk restaurant at Redfish Village, or go more 'down home' at
the renown Blue Orleans, where Cajun cooking is its best. Both are a
mere 10 minute stroll from your beach house. 30A is truly a culinary
heaven, with other tried and true favorites such as Creola's
(Grayton), Fish-Out-of-Water (Water Color), and Angelina's (SeaGrove),
to name a few.
Play all Day: Ecotour by canoe America's only freshwater dune lakes, a
geologic wonder! Art, music and culinary festivals abound in
neighboring Seaside, Water Color, Rosemary Beach, Grayton, Sandestin,
Destin and Panama City Beach. Membership at the Blue Mountain Beach
Club is included and provides private beach access, the newest beach
