Bella Mare is a new, ground floor 2-bedroom/2
bathroom villa. Located in the exclusive La Siesta Residence complex
of 13 units, Bella Mare encompasses the entire ground floor of a 3-
story villa building. Bella Mare provides very intimate,
deluxe accommodations, and stunning ocean views from both the living
room and master bedroom of the crystal clear waters of the 2+ mile
Simpson Beach. Enjoy swimming the gentle waters of Simpson Beach,
or the beautiful new Infinity Pool just 75 ft away. Or, you can
relax under the villa's 9ft x 35ft private terrace and deck while
enjoying the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the island of
Saba, or the yachts that grace the water. The inside is decorated
with beautiful Teak, and Mahogany/Bamboo furniture. The outside
private veranda boasts grade-A Teak dining table furniture. The
private wooden deck, directly facing the water, is for Bella Mare
guests' use only, and has two teak lounge chairs and a commercial
umbrella.

King Bed and LCD Cable TV/DVD in Master Bedroom. Queen Bed and LCD
DVD in Bedroom 2. Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances,
refrigerator w/ice-maker and filtered water,Gourmet Cookware,
Toaster, Blender, Large George Foreman Grill, Outside Gas Grill, and
a washer and dryer. Living Room includes a CD Stereo, Cable TV/DVD,
computer with hi-speed internet access, local telephone, and a VOIP
telephone that allows free calls back to the U.S. and Canada. Bella
Mare is equipped with Safe Boxes in each bedroom, 2 hair dryers,
iron and ironing board, all towels, linens, and beach towels. Also
included in your rental is use of a beach cooler bag, 3 boogie
boards, 2 sets of Snorkeling gear, water shoes, 4 portable beach
chairs, and 2 portable beach umbrellas.
Maid Service is provided every other day with the exception of Sundays and Holidays.

High Season:

A $250 security deposit is required and refundable pending no damages or losses.
