Vacation Rental Description

Ideally situated on one of Puerto Vallarta's best beaches,  
oceanfront Casawynelle overlooks Banderas Bay & has it all -  
location, privacy, and spectacular views!!  
  
Located on the 8th floor of a private 22-unit south shore beachfront  
condominium complex, Casawynelle offers spectacular panoramic views  
of the ocean, mountains and town. Catch a glimpse of whales or  
dolphins as you breakfast on the terrace, relax by the pool or at  
the beach and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the bay. 
 
Beautifully decorated and completely furnished, this exclusive and  
private 8th floor oceanfront condo effortlessly accommodates three  
couples or two families. There are three bedrooms, each with its own  
full bath, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The master suite has a  
king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom  
has a set of twin beds, which can be put together for a king, if  
desired. 
 
A fully equipped kitchen and roomy living and dining area are open  
to each other, and to an ocean terrace with magnificent views of  
Banderas Bay as well as Puerto Vallarta. The dining room table will  
seat up to six people, with kitchen island conveniently nearby for  
extra seating.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Casa is fully furnished. Azucena our maid comes everyday except  
Sunday. We include WIFI Internet access, Satelite TV, DVD, Stereo (MP3  
compatable/accessable) All modern kitchen appliances, dinnerware,  
beach towels, Filtered Water, Airconditioning. Cook and Airport  
pickup are can be arranged for a slight charge.

Activities and Attractions

Snorkling/Diving - At Mismaloya Beach, just 2 miles south of Casawynelle, 
you will find snorkeling and diving tours that will fully  
equip you for a short jaunt to the Los Arcos ecological marine  
preserve which boasts the best diving and snorkeling in the  
Vallarta area. You can also take many different excursions that  
leave from the Marina Terminal in town. 
 
Horseback Riding - At Mismaloya Beach, you will find horses to rent  
that will take you along the Mismaloya river where the movie  
Preditor starring Arnold Schwarzenegger was filmed. 
 
Charter Fishing - Fishing Charters can be hired at nearby Mismaloya  
Beach or at Marina Vallarta.  
 
Jungle Canopy Tour - Just a few miles south, you can soar with the  
birds over the jungle canopy and rivers or have dinner and a cool  
drink at the rivers edge. This is a must visit in Puerto and is lots  
of fun.  Our favorite tour is Canopy Tours De Los Veranos. 
 
Golf - Our favorite courses are located at Vista Vallarta where you  
will find two championship golf courses, one designed by Jack  
Nicklaus and the other by Tom Weiskoff.    
 
Whale Watching - You can take a whale watching cruise or just a  
lovely sunset cruise where you are likely to see whales from  
December thru April along with the typical sightings of Dolphins and  
other marine life.  Make sure you bring some binoculars, as there  
will be numerous whale and dolphin sightings while you relax on our  
pool terrace or beach.  
 
Yelapa - Spend an afternoon at Yelapa, a quiet beach reached only by  
boat. Yelapa has no cars, one road and just recently electricity.  
It’s tranquility, natural beauty and seclusion have made it a  
popular home for artists and local natives. Lie in the sun, swim,  
snorkel, eat fresh grilled seafood at a beachside restaurant or  
sample the local moonshine, raicilla.

3 night minimum - $500.00/night 
1 week - $3150.00 
2 weeks - $4200.00 
3 weeks - $5250.00 
Monthly - $6000.00 
 
1) Deposit - 50% with Reservation 
2) Balance - Due 60 days prior to arrival 
3) Taxes/Cleaning - Included in above rate 
4) Damage Deposit - $500 - Refundable 30 days after departure.
