SUMMER SPECIAL JUNE THRU OCT ONLY;  OWNER WILL PAY $150.TOWARDS THE MONTHLY RENTAL OF A GAS GOLF CART.  MONTHLY RENTAL IS $363.80 INCLUDING TAX.

Twenty exective golf courses free with passes. Seven 18 hole
Chanpionship golf courses can be played for a nominal fee. Over 400
activities each week including favorites such as tennis, pickle
ball, soft ball, horse shoes, billards, classes for hobbies, bingo
and cards. Two movie theaters and live theater with discount
tickets. Many bowling alleys are available for your entertainment.

A $25. per person fee is required when you register for the use of
the Village facilities.

April,2010 $2350.
May,2010 $1250.
June thru October $995. each.

Nov, Dec @ $1550.each
June thru August Special $595. per Week

$500 Security deposit required. Refunded after inspection.

A $75 cleaning fee per couple additional to rental rate.
